We are available to you daily from Monday to Sunday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Whether via WhatsApp or coaching app: We are always at your side with the right tips and recommendations. Likewise, we regularly proactively approach all of our clients to support and motivate them.
No. An important part of coaching is to explain which supplements are helpful and which are completely unnecessary. You don't necessarily have to take a single supplement, you just get suggestions as to which supplements can improve your performance and health.
The duration of the coaching is agreed individually depending on your physical condition and personal goals.
Both the majority of our clients and ourselves have a busy daily schedule. That's why we use time-efficient methods for training and nutrition. This means that work is not neglected, but actually improved through higher energy levels and more productivity. To implement the coaching successfully, you only need 20 minutes a day to prepare food and at least 3 training sessions a week, whether from home or in the gym.
Most of our clients notice changes within the first few weeks. On the energy level you will notice differences after a few days; experience shows that the first successes will become visible after a few weeks. The faster you implement it and the more you stick to my concept, the faster the results will come.
The price of the coaching is determined based on several factors such as duration, goal and previous experience, so the price is individual, just like your body. We will advise you transparently and in detail about the total investment amount before you start coaching.
The coaching is suitable for anyone who is currently not satisfied with their physical condition, wants to get more out of themselves and is ready to put their foot down and do everything necessary to achieve this.
